- Facilitate all phases of taking a private company public through Form S-1 Registration Statement and the private placement process to receipt of effect, and in conformance with the Securities and Exchange Commission Rules and Regulations.
- Prepare, inter alia, the following forms: Form 15c2-11, Form 10, Form 8-K, Form Super 8-K, Form S-8, Form 10-Q and Form10-K in accordance with Securities Rules and Regulations.
- Negotiate contracts and prepare transactional documents accordingly.
- Facilitate reverse mergers and acquisitions of private and/or public companies.

- Prepare filings to file with the Securities and Exchange Commission and on the OTC Pink Sheet site.
- Advise, and provide guidance to, companies on process to becoming and/or remaining compliant with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
- Negotiate settlement of shares, contracts, promissory notes, convertible promissory notes, and more.
- Consultant to small businesses with regard to business contracts and corporate transactions.
